Operational Principle
Firstly, the raw material into the vibration hopper and will fall on the convener belt. At the end of the conveyor belt, the material will pass through the near infrared detection sensor and the background plate.
The near infrared lens sensor will receive the reflected light from the material, the control system will analyze those different reflected light and export the corresponding signal. The signal will enable the spay valve to spray out the waste material into waste collection container.
