The self cleaning screens are manufactured with a large open area to give higher production rates. They’ve a triangular opening produce the material as accurately as woven mesh eliminating the problem of large unwanted flat material contaminating your finished product. Due to its flat surface (no knuckles), the screens use a smaller wire diameter than woven wire for some applications. Also, it has a greater opening area percentage and still lasts as long as normal square woven mesh.

Our self cleaning screens have many advantages over other screen types. These include providing accurate screening and sizing where material is difficult and also have no problem when the material is wet or sticky. We produce screens with high quality materials and they also have a non-blinding screening surface. They are produced in a combination of different size wire used in manufacture, this means that they vibrate at varying frequencies to produce a self cleaning surface.
