Mamba Flex Anti-Clogging Screen
Mamba manufacture self cleaning mesh screens in high tensile steel mesh and stainless steel, supplied with or without polyurethane cross bands. Self cleaning screens non-blinding, high quality surface provides accurate screening and sizing, particularly where material is difficult. For example wet or sticky, self cleaning mesh also gives higher production rates while eliminating large unwanted flat material contaminating the finished product.
With high quality, non-blinding screening surface the Flexi-Harp is the perfect self cleaning mesh. The combination of different size wire used in manufacture means they vibrate at varying frequencies, producing a self-cleaning surface. Also, due to their flat surface (no knuckles) self cleaning screens use a smaller wire diameter than woven wire for certain applications. Therefore has a greater opening area percentage but lasts as long as normal square woven mesh.
