Incoloy 800H (NO8810) nickel-based alloy overview:
Incoloy 800H (NO8810) nickel based alloy alloys usually have a Cr content of 15-25%, a nickel content of 30-45%, and a small amount of aluminum and titanium. Compared with Incoloy 800 alloy, the carbon content is controlled from less than or equal to 0.1% to 0.05-0.1%, which improves the strength of steel better.
 
The alloy has a high chromium content and a sufficient nickel content, so it has a high resistance to high temperature corrosion and is widely used in industry. It has excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in chloride, low concentration NaOH aqueous solution and high temperature and high pressure water, so it is used to make equipment resistant to stress corrosion cracking. The corrosion resistance is better than general austenitic stainless steel, and also better than Inconel 600 alloy. In manufacturing corrosion-resistant stress cracking equipment, it is also better than Inconel 600 and Monel 400 alloy.
