1.4424 / S31500 material introduction:
1.4424 / S31500 is a special stainless steel resistant to chloride stress corrosion. Resistance to pitting corrosion is equivalent to 316L.
1.4424 / S31500 applications and features:
1.4424 / S31500 is used in oil refining, fertilizer, papermaking, petroleum, chemical and other industrial manufacturing heat exchangers, condensers, etc. It can replace 316L and 304L in environments prone to stress corrosion damage.
