General attributes:
Duplex stainless steel has an α + γ dual-phase structure, so its performance characteristics are built of austenitic stainless steel and ferritic stainless steel. It is a type of stainless steel with high strength and best corrosion resistance. Generally, in the case of low C content, the Cr content is 18% to 28%, and the Ni content is 3% to 10%. Some steels also contain alloying elements such as Mo, Cu, Nb, Ti, and N.

Application fields are:
F60 / S32205 duplex stainless steel pipe is defined as smelting and manufacturing of stainless steel in which the ferrite phase and austenite are 50% each in comparison with the solidified structure. The actual comparative example is that ferrite accounts for 45-55%, and the corresponding austenite accounts for 55-45%. The excellent performance of F60 / S32205 duplex stainless steel is ensured by a proper proportion of the two-phase structure.
