③Pneumatic ash unloading car: Appeared in the 1960s, it is relatively simple to use. At present, the maximum load capacity of this type of car is nearly 100 tons. Its cargo compartment is a tank-type container, standing upright or reclining on a car frame. The horizontal tank has a low center of gravity, and the car runs stably, and it is widely used. The tank body is welded by steel plate or aluminum plate, and can also be made of glass steel. The upper part of the tank is provided with one or more ashing openings along the length of the tank to facilitate filling the entire tank. The ash loading port can double as an entrance for maintenance personnel. The bottom of the tank is provided with a cement fluidization device. The car is equipped with an air compressor for ash unloading. When ash is unloaded, compressed air is sent into the tank from the bottom of the tank, and is divided into thin streams by the air-permeable layer of the cement fluidization device, which is evenly filled with cement to form an air-cement mixture.
