1, Main features

Chamber material is composed of 1700 ℃ hollow alumina ball brick + 1600 ℃ mullite insulation brick + 1400 ℃ ceramic fiber board.
Adopting the intelligent digital display programmable temperature control instrument, it can compile multi-segment rising, keeping and cooling curves, automatic heating, heat preservation, cooling and over-temperature protection. The program will automatically stop at the end of the operation, no need to be on duty.
The heating element is silicon molybdenum rod, which is convenient and fast to maintain, and the long-term use temperature is within 1600 ℃.
According to the need, the furnace can be flushed with: nitrogen, argon, and other protective gases.
