Rotary feeder is called as rotary valve or star shape feeder. This special equipment is applicable for unloading, packing, mixing, dust collecting, metering, rationing conveying of solid materials (powder, particles and its mixtures) conveying system. The working principle is, by driving motor and reduction gears to turn equi-divided structure impeller inside the shell, then materials from upper silo of the shell or feeder are filled inside cavity of impeller, where materials are discharged along with impeller rotating to the bottom of the shell. Materials can be discharged equably and continuously to the downstream unit according to the conveying system requirements.

• Special shell inlet/outlet section can effectively prevent particle material from extrusion, blocking and shear breaking.
• The shell and impeller with special structure design can convey very hard, high viscosity, high temperature, electrostatic and ultrafine materials
• Exhaust passage and exhaust nozzle which are designed for pressure balance inside the shell can improve working efficiency and prevent accumulation of materials.
• Outboard bearing, oil seal, labyrinth, purge gas, packing, various seal structure. Wear resistant, high temperature resistant and high pressure resistant.

1. Can we choose the material of the rotary valve ?

    Yes, for material , you can choose SS304, SS316, SS316L , Q235 or other . 

2. What should we supply you when we need to select a proper size ?

    You need to let us know your detailed site condition, such as working temperature, working pressure etc. We need your material information as well , such as material name , bulk density, particle size, material flowablity etc. 

3.  What is other information we need to supply before get a quotation?

    We need you give us the brand of the motor and reducer, whether is it explosition-proof or not ?By the way, we will send you a data sheet to collect information we need .   

4. Can we choose the brand of the motor & reducer ?
