Dilute Phase Pneumatic Conveying System (Lean Phase)

This system generally uses roots blowers providing air up to 0.1Mpa to conveying materials through a pipeline to the destination where the air and product are separated by a filter or other system. Usually a rotary valve  or venturi used as feeding device. he material in pipes takes on suspended state according to material properties, different air velocity may be controlled to realize optimum conveying state. 

• This system works on solid to air ratio.
• System has low air pressure, high air volume.
• System works with high velocity solid transfer.
• System work with pressure conveying i.e. air blow or vacuum conveying viz. air suck.
• Use of wide variety of solid system commonly used for, Non-Abrasive material, Economical up to 200 meter conveying
• System mainly comprises of Positive Displacement Blower (pressure < 2 bar), Rotary Feeder and Product Separator.

Components and principle:

1. The system is combined with feed hopper, rotary valve or venturi devices, pipelines and receiving hopper and filter, the air supply is roots blower or centrifugal fan. 

2. Material is poured into the feed hopper , then discharged to pipe through the rotary valve or venturi, the mixture of air and material moves from the pipe to receiving hopper resorting compressed air, the air is separated from the mixture on the top of receiving hopper and released.

3. The material in the pipelines moves at a suspended state.

You need to let us know your detailed site condition, such as working temperature, working pressure etc. We need your material information as well , such as material name , bulk density, particle size, material flowablity etc.

3. What is other information we need to supply before get a quotation?

We need you give us the brand of the motor and reducer, whether is it explosition-proof or not ?By the way, we will send you a data sheet to collect information we need .
