Main performance parameters:

Function / Operation Test: At the time of final inspection, each valve and its actuator (Flow-Control Lever / Gear / Pneumatic Actuator), under goes a complete operating test (Open/Close). This test carried out without pressure and at ambient temperature. It ensures the correct operation of the valve / actuator assembly with accessories such as solenoid valve, limit switches, air filter regulator etc.

Special Test: On request, any other test can be carried out according to special instruction by client.

Necessary information when order:

1. Location: indoor or outdoor

2. Kindly provide the installment position and the conveying distance

3. Capacity(KG/H), and remark the ration conveying or variable conveying

4. Product characteristic: name, size, bulk density, temperature, stickness and other special characteristics

3. What is other information we need to supply before get a quotation?

We need you give us the brand of the motor and reducer, whether is it explosition-proof or not ?By the way, we will send you a data sheet to collect information we need .
