Slide valve, sometimes called knife valve, or gate valve, is a special valve applicable for opening and closing piping in solid material conveying system. Its fully closed structure is applicable for outdoor condition, mainly used at the bottom of silos, hoppers or other related equipment. It can be manual, pneumatic or electric type. Pneumatic slide valve sometimes called pneumatic gate valve or pneumatic knife vale is a special valve for opening and closing the pipeline in solid material (powder, particle, powder and particle mixing, flakes,etc.) conveying.
Product features:
- The shell and its main accessories are precision casting, strong configuration, high strength, no deformation and with good-looking appearance.
- The channel is smoothly and ensure that the material go through freely and never form block.
- The gate plate is designed blade type, the inclined side put pressure to the valve plate when closed, good sealability.
- The polishing accuracy can be 400#, which applied to convey food grade and drug grade material.
- Main material can be chosen according to the clients’ real need: Stainless Steel(SS304SS304L,SS316316L)and carbon steel.
- There are three operation drive types that are manual, pneumatic and electro motion to meet different requirements.
- The perfect control system may raise the automated level, ensure the high efficiency operation.
