Application:
The machine manly apply to multiple cable of data cable,HDMI wire cable,,power cable, naked copper wire(fine wire), shielding layer cable, control cable etc.
Configuration:
Singles stranding main unit, electric control system,Centre wrapping machine, side-way giving wrap & wire device.
Traits:
1.Computer control pitch,non-tension traction wheel,motion wiring cable passing path,increase the traction wheel diameter to reduce the wire cable curve.
2.Stranding main unit cantilever arm structure,revolving body with low rotating inertia,high rpm and stable speed.
3.Coiling box move trays left and right along the slide way,pitch stable with stepless adjusting,stranding wire cable ranking
neat,balance tension.
4.Compared with traditional single stranding machine,it has the advantage of avoiding screw rod breaking at high speed.
5.Tray loading and discharging easy with low labour consumption.
