Product Description
Application:
This production line is for manufacturing quality control cables, optical fiber cables and multi-strand cables. It's structure is composed of pay-off stand, stranding cage, die holder, wrapping bobbin, meter counter, tractor device, and electrical control box and so on.
Main feature:
1.High rigid, high speed and low inertia.
2.100% Back twist design insure that no abrasion damage while stranding.
3.Most advanced emergency stop device.
4.Various PLC electrics optional.
5.Constant Bobbin back tension achieved by positive device & Single bobbin rotation is electronically sensed for controlling the required tension.In addition,magetic tension control system is optional which is cheaper than the pheumatic mode.
