Scope of application:

The roof combustion test system is an instrument that evaluates the fire resistance of the roof and components in the simulated real conditions and evaluates the grade A~C level of the sample at A1.82 m, B 2.4m and C 3.9 m. At the same time, it can be used for flame retardant performance test of photovolt battery.

The smoke detection monitor of individual residential units in multi-family homes and hotel rooms: electric signal detectors to detect the smoke status of residential buildings;

Use automatic control valve to adjust the temperature

- grade A, B: 760-28 ℃ (1400 + 50 ℉) - 1400 ~ 21000 Btu/min (369 ~ 387 kWh)

- grade C: 704-28 ℃ (1300 + 50 ℉) - 1300 ~ 18000 Btu/min (316 ~ 334 kWh)

Each gas transmitted to the burner must be tested and controlled in different ways

-lng: use MFM to measure air flow accurately (air flow is controlled by automatic control valve)

- LPG: use the inverter system to adjust the air flow rate: the test deck has a speed of 19 + 8 km/h(5.5 m/SEC)

Using automatic ignition method, the test can be automatically ignited at the same time

A guide board is attached to the vent line to protect the flow turbulence of the supply test deck from outside interference

A slope adjustment panel is installed in the ventilation pipeline to adjust the direction of air flow

12 top burner 58.7 mm equipped with thermocouple, can test the temperature to 888 + 28 ℃

Use DAQ system to automatically control and complete the test
