Scope of application:

Suitable for all kinds of wire and cable insulation coating material, printed circuit boards, IC insulation resistance to combustion of organic materials such as test. Test, the specimen for the top of the flame, burning for 15 seconds, put out in 15 seconds, repeat 5 times after examining the specimen was burning, and it can be set, and extinguished repetitions, and automatic operation.

VW-1 and CSA FT-1 standard of UL1581. UL444.UL1655.

Main parameters:

(1) Vertical combustion box: according to the UL1581 standard size, the internal dimension is 305*355* 610mm.

(2) Horizontal combustion chamber: according to the standard size of UL1581, the internal dimension is 305*355* 610mm.

(3) Vertical spark nozzle: nozzle Angle is 20 degrees, with gas control valve.

(4) Horizontal spark nozzle: nozzle Angle is 90 degrees, with gas control valve.

(v) Vertical or horizontal nozzle selection mode.

(6) Select manual/automatic mode.

(7) When the preset data is reached, the machine will stop the test automatically.
