Scope of application:
It is applicable to the evaluation of the highest temperature of thermal insulation products such as insulating materials, felt, blankets, blocks, plates and prefabricated insulating tubes.
Meet the standard:
In line with the GB/T17430-1998 "evaluation method of thermal insulation materials the highest use temperature related standards are not equivalent: ASTM C411-82" high temperature heat insulation performance test method "ASTM C447-85 thermal insulation materials the highest use temperature evaluation methods, as well as ISO8142:1990 appendix A" to determine the highest use prefabricated mineral wool pipe shell temperature test method.
Main parameters:
Heating panel: made of the USU304 stainless steel, the test area is 900* 450mm, with a protective layer and a width of 80mm.
Heating tube: made of SUS304 stainless steel with a length of 2M
Temperature measurement and control system: adopting the thermocouple wire diameter is 0.40 mm, measuring temperature: 0-1100 ℃; Adopt PLC+ module to collect temperature.
Temperature collection: every 2min is collected and displayed by the curve;
Control part: adopt PLC module, computer control real-time display hot surface temperature curve, output report.
The heating rate of 5 ℃ / min or 3 ℃ / min can be set.
Thermocouple response time: <0.5s
Computer: one computer, one printer. Test software one set.
Temperature error: + / - 1 ℃
Equipped with ruler and plug gauge: measuring warp.
Timing error: 1s/h
