1. Adopt Japanese Mitsubishi control system,Japan Mitsubishi PLC controller with full servo motor control,It makes the position of wire feeding, wire cutting, wire stripping, wire twisting and tin dipping more accurate and stable, and adopts all imported components to make the quality of the equipment more guaranteed and the operation more durable, smooth and stable.
3.Full computer control: including cut wire length, stripping length, half stripping length, twisted wire length, twisted wire looseness, tin dip length, computerized knife adjustment (no shim required), flux drop frequency, drop time, computerized digital operation, just input on the display.
4.Computerized automatic detection, low air pressure, motor failure, belt abnormalities and other conditions can automatically stop, and will detect the cause of the failure to facilitate rapid troubleshooting, lack of lines, no flux when the computer automatically prompt.
5.The waste material adopts vacuum suction method, which solves the pain of tin flux splashing around, clean, convenient and simple.
