Feature Description

			1. The main components are imported brands:Germany FESTO solenoid valve, Japan SMC solenoid valve, Japan SMC cylinder, Japan Mitsubishi motor server, Japan THK screw guide, Japan SMC digital air pressure detection table, Japan Omron OMRON temperature control table, Taiwan Weilun WEINVIEW display, etc.

			2. Adopt Japan Mitsubishi control system, Japan Mitsubishi PLC controller with full servo motor control, so that wire feeding,cutting, peeling, twisting, tin dip and other positions more accurate and stable, using all imported components, so that the quality of equipment more secure, more durable, smooth and stable operation.

			3. Full computer control: including cutting length, stripping length, half stripping length, twisted wire length, twisted wire looseness, tin dip length, computerized knife adjustment (without shims), flux drop frequency, drop time, computerized digital operation, just input on the display.

			4, the use of computer-based automatic detection, low air pressure, motor failure, belt abnormalities and other conditions can automatically stop, and will detect the cause of the failure to facilitate rapid troubleshooting, lack of line, no flux when the computer automatically prompt.
