Functional Characteristics

• The seat is equipped with hydraulic steering rod bearings, to eliminate the damage cause by foundation deformation to the hydraulic cylinder;
• The lock hole of lift arm is equipped with bearing steel sleeve, to improve the service life and easy to replace.
• The hydraulic lift at left and right, more stable operation and longer service life.
• For traditional mill roll stand, there is only one oil cylinder to drive main arm to lift up paper roll. During long use period, affected by leverage, the other arm that not lifted by oil cylinder will distort and bend due to uneven stress. Especially when using wide-with paper, it is one side higher while another side lower, cause paper easily broken and uneven tension, hence, that will increase the waste products and cardboard of bad flatness.Our mill roll stand is equipped with oil cylinder at each axle to lift up at the same time, even drain, make sure main axle and arm won’t distort during long use period
