The designed parameter of flute is not in line with the manufacturing parameters, and the smooth finish of the roll surface is inadequate,causing a high tension of corrugating roll during the running process,that made a poor meshing and resulting in fluting paper broken.
Almost every set of corrugating rolls are needed to be designed and customized separately according to the width, diameter, flute height, corrugated paper GSM, speed and cardboard physical index requirement.

Clean alloy steel corrugating rolls well:
1. Don’t wash the corrugating rolls directly when the rolls are hot.
2. After the corrugating rolls cool down, wash the rolls by water or gas.
3. Clean the glue and paper scraps on corrugating rolls after production to avoid scratches of coatings.
4. After cleaning, apply silicon oil on corrugating rolls.
