Our pressure roll can be regrind 3-4 times because of it's deeper harden layer and thicker barrel thickness. We will design appropriate crown to match with corrugating rolls. That's one of key points for a good quality paperboard.
High Hardness from Vertical Quenching Process
Intermediate frequency quenching can guarantee both the hardness and harden depth we need. Our harden layer depth can reach to 8-10mm. With harder base material as foundation, the lifetime of our pressure rolls are greatly extended.
