chrome plated pressure roll

  Pressure roll is beneath the corrugating roll. It exerts pressure upon the lower corrugating roll, which sticks the cardboard paper and the top of the corrugating roll tightly. Because of the direct touch between the surface of pressure roll and cardboard paper, the surface of pressure roll should be cleaned frequently.

  Our pressure roll can be reground 3-4 times because of it's  harden layer and thicker barrel . We can design appropriate crown to match with corrugating rolls according to your requirments. That's one of key points for a good quality paperboard.
