1 Q: Where is your factory?
A:Our factory located in Xinxiang City, Henan Province, China

2 Q: What are your main products?
A: Our main products are first aid bandages, wound dressing, medical tape, disposable medical products, such as masks, shoe covers, caps, gowns, bedsheets, etc.

3 Q: How long is the delivery time of your goods? Where is the loading port?
A: 30~35days after 30% T/T deposit received and all packing details confirmed. Loading port: Qingdao, others place in China according to clients' requirements.

4 Q: What is your payment term?
A:30% deposit by T/T in advance,70% balance before shipment after passing quality inspection

5 Q: Which kinds of certificates do you have for your products?
A: CE, FDA, EAC, ISO13485

9 Q: Do you have EU Representative?
Yes

10 Q: How can we get a sample to check your quality?
A: After you pay the shipping cost, the samples will be ready for delivery within 7 days. The samples will be
sent to you by express and arrive within 3-4days. You can use your own A/C or prepay us if no A/C by
express.
