Low Cost Sandwich Panel Prefab Homes with Foot Supports and Modular Construction

This project is a prefab sample house in Spain. The advantages of prefab house over concrete building is low cost and fast construction. The prefab home is equipped with a bottom steel structure. Before the construction, only the concrete block needs to be prepared in advance under the foot support. So a large area of concrete foundation is not needed. This way saves concretes, and then saves a lot of money!

The prefab home has 3 rooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, and an open kitchen. The total construction area is 63.81 square meters, and the bottom frame is composed of bottom purlins, foot supports, 15mm thickness plywood.

Steel Frame: 2.0 thick galvanized steel, with high hardness and corrosion resistance;
Wall: 50mm thick rock wool sandwich panel, very high fire resistance, and also has the effect of thermal insulation.
Double-sloped Roof: This design makes the whole house more waterproof, even in heavy rain, the whole house can be well protected from the big rain.
Bottom Steel Structure with Plywood floor: Because the price of concrete is very expensive in Africa or other countries, this prefab home with bottom steel structure solves the problem of expensive concrete.
