Mobile sandwich panel house 20ft container house is designed according to shipping container exactly. It is made of light steel as frame and sandwich panel for wall, then facilitated with windows, doors, flooring, ceiling, and other additional accessories. Then fitted with power and lighting .
The house can be designed as one unit or combined several units, easy and fast to installed and disassembled.

Packaging & Delivery
Plan A: One 20'GP shipping container can load 5-6 sets our 20ft container houses
Plan B: One 40'HQ shipping container can load 12-13 sets our 20ft container house.

Installation service
All stuff have been pre-produced at the factory, you just need install on site, then connect to electricity and water.
Installation introduction / 3D installation drawing will be provided. Engineers and workers can be sent abroad for guidance and installation if needed.

1. How to install the houses in the site?

We can offer you three type of insisting on the installation:

1.1 : We can offer you the manual include the photos and drawings, or some videos for help you on the installation. And you will organize the local people to install it. 93% of our clients finished their houses in this way.

1.2: We can send our people to your site to guide your people to install. Or send team people (3-5 people) to your site to install for you. This way is most easy way, but you need to pay their round-way tickets, local food, accommodation, transportation, communication and salary, and also their security on the site. Almost 5% of our clients choose this way.

1.3: You can send your people (engineers or the technician) to our company to study the installation details. 2% of our clients choose this way for their orders.
