It is a two-story container building. Each floor contains 25 rooms, each room has a double bed, a table and chair, and a washroom with a sitting toilet, washbasin, and shower for people to wash.

On the ground floor, there is also a service desk to manage the building. The small sentry container house is designed outside the entrance to manage people enter and exit this building.
