I. Product Introduction
The K type prefab house is the most economical and applicable temporary buildings for accommodation, office, and storage, with a span of about 5m to 18m and a length of 1.82M as the standard module expansion.
It has many advantages:
a. Structural safety: frame shear wall structure, cold-formed thin-walled light steel structure system, design wind resistance level 10 (Chinese standard).
b. Fast installation: a two-story building (indoor area of about 200 ㎡) with 6 skilled workers can be installed in 2 days.
c. Good applicability: it can be used for - 20 ℃ ~ + 50 ℃. For the environment with high humidity, it can be equipped with an overhead ground system.
d. Flexible layout: all the components of the house are prefabricated and produced in the factory, which is convenient for installation and disassembly.
This prefab house is designed for construction sites and factories for dormitory, offices, and storage.
