Temporary Modular Emergency Clinic Prefabricated Container Hospital

I. Introduction

Henan K-home steel structure can provide modular prefabricated buildings for low-cost hospitals, nursing centers, and emergency centers.

Our prefabricated houses are built with sandwich panels and steel structures. The sandwich panels are made of rock wool, which with a fire rating of A1 class, and its thickness ranges from 50 to 100 mm.

The floor covering is composed of tough and durable 18 mm thickness MGO board, and environmental protection PVC floor leather, which is very suitable for hospital environment.

The capacity of our production is 420 units a month, which means in a few days we can manufacture prefabricated buildings for rapid realization of hospitals, clinics, nursing centers, emergency rooms and infirmaries.

Up to now, our products have been sold all over the world.

II. Design introduction

This temporary container hospital is designed with 1116 square meters, which could capacity about 12 beds in total. 6 beds in each ward, and every ward is equipped with toilet and shower room.

Besides the wards, there are three diagnostic rooms for doctors, a big waiting room for patients, and medicine storerooms, public toilet, and stuff room for employees having rest.
