Ⅲ. Our Service
Installation work:
Generally our company uses the following three steps to guide the installation and maintenance work:
a.Sending our engineer to customer site, and showing the standard installation steps to local workers. The salary is $100 per person per day. The visa fee, round ticket, local food, and accommodation will be responsible by your side.
b.Training the local workers installation steps of house, and installation method of our equipped furniture
c.Telling them how to repair and replace the broken parts
The installation method is easy to learn. Your workers can assemble the house by themselves soon after several days of training.
Maintenance work:
Common maintenance work: Painting once every 2 years to extend the using life of the house
In addition that, our engineer will give advice base on the climate and weather situation on site.
Warranty:
a.15 years are the design life of our house main structure, not include the easy broken part, such as lock, lights, sockets, switches, etc.
b.12 month warranty for main steel structure, and sandwich panels. Not include the harsh use environment, such as hurricane, fire hazard, flood, more than 8 grade earthquake etc. (force majeure) and human damage.
