Floor System:
● Floor steel frame;
● Floor purlins;
● 18mm MGO board (Option Plywood or cement board);
● 1.6mm thickness PVC floor leather.

Roof System:
● Roof steel frame;
● Roof steel plate;
● 50mm thickness glass wool insulation material;
● Roof purlins;
● Roof steel ceiling.

Wall panel:
● Width: 950mm
● Insulation: 50mm thickness rock wool sandwich panel (Option PU sealing rock wool and PU)
●Both side cladding: 0.4mm steel sheet, white-grey.

Window:
● Plastic steel sliding windows with dimension 930×1200mm;
● 0.35mm double glass;
● Removable mosquito screen.

Door:
● Steel door with dimension 930×2000mm;
● The interior is filled with composite wood to make the door heavy and strong.
Electricity:
● Light, switch, socket, wires, and breaker.

Ⅲ. Packing And Logistics

Each part is individually packed and then assembled on site. One 40ft shipping container can load 12~13 sets of our container houses.
