Our Simple Container Van House is built with galvanized steel frames and insulated wall panels,

these units are strong as well as good loking.

The standard unit is 3M x 5.95M x 2.8M.They come with 1 steel door, two PVC steel windows,

electrical system, fireproof MGO Board (18mm) and Complete With Drainage System.

Multiple units can be combined side-by-side to create a larger building and can stacked up to 3 floors.
We can add kitchen and a complete bathroom.
The possibilities are limitless!

How long do storage containers last?

Our Modular Home is designed to 25 years of design life. If you do maintance reguarly, it can be longer.
And, we also provide a 12-month warranty for the main steel structure and sandwich panels.

Not include the harsh use environment, such as a hurricane, fire hazard, flood, more than 8-grade earthquake, etc.

If the damaged goods are not covered by the warranty, we also could supply them to you with lower price than the Market value.
