2 Inch X 10 Inch Stainless Steel 201 / 304 Bellows Exhaust Flex Coupling
Exhaust flex couplings are stainless steel expansion joints designed for engine exhaust. They're constructed with 2-ply bellows and designed with a seamless, convoluted inner core—increasing flexibility in order to reduce vibrations and prevent exhaust leaks. The flex pipes are offered in a variety of lengths, diameters, and attachment styles.
- Bellow materials: Stainless steel 301 201 202 409 , thickness between 0.25-0.30mm
- Braid and interlock: Stainless steel 304
- Collars(cap): Stainless steel or aluminized steel
- Nippe(extension pipe): Stainless steel or aluminized steel

Appication:
Bellows can be used in the exhaust system of large vehicles such as trucks, buses, freightliner etc., for the high temperature portion of the engine exhaust manifold. The exhaust bellows is installed in the exhaust pipe between the engine exhaust manifold and the mufller, so that the entire exhaust system is flexibly coupled, thereby reducing vibration and noise, facilitating installation and extending the life of exhaust muffler system.
