Product Introduction:
This Stainless Steel Flex Couplers have bellows with interlocking lining to help increased exhaust flow through the coupler, and prevent excessive back pressure to build. This coupler is made of ss 304 throughout, including the weld rings, so it will not rust, the size is 2.5inch , and 4 inch long.
Stainless steel exhaust flexible pipes is a part of the engine exhaust system of the car. They're constructed with 1 or 2-ply bellows and together with a seamless, convoluted inner core—increasing flexibility in order to reduce vibrations and prevent exhaust leaks that allows your car to be more comfortable and enjoyable in use. 1. Braided Flexible pipe with inner bellow, this is a single braided pipe, inside is the bellow pipe, no braided linner any more, it is great for light use.
2. Braided Flexible pipe with braided liner, there added another layer of braided linner compared with the first model, bellow is in the middle, this provides better flexibility and longer life, better for medium use.
3. Bellows with interlock, there added an interlock tube with bellows in the middle, the key is the interlock pipe, this has proved to reduce vibration and noise and lasts the longest. There is an interlocked pipe visible when you look through the middle. This is manufactured for heavy use.
4. Braided Flexible Pipe with Nipples/tubes this is an easy part with welding tube at the end, customers don't need to do extra welding again.
