Description:
VBK Includes 1 V Band Clamp and 2 Flanges(Flanges can be M/F Style or FF Style)
VBC Just Includes 1 V Band Clamp
M/F Flanges Means Male and Female Flanges with Grooves
FF Flanges Means Flat flanges.
Assembly Work Attention:
1) If you choose normal nylon lock nut or normal metal lock nut(Stainles steel nut and stainless steel T bolt) :
When you fasten the nut during assembly work, please don't make the torque strength more than 9.6NM. If the torque strength is more than 9.6NM, the vibrant capacity of clamp maybe broken, and the nut maybe locked with bolt., then you can't take off the lock nut again.
2) Racing High Quality fasten solution: Alloy Steel slot nut and S.S420 T Bolt, which can prevent the nut locking problem from V Band Kit assembly work. Please contact our technical servicer for more details, thank you for your attention!
