This automatic production line is used to produce disposable face mask. This production line consists of a film making machine, a film turning and feeding machine, and two ear band welding machines. The equipment added in line connection and automatic transferring belt machine. This unique design increase production capacity and decreased human cost. The machine is used in Non-woven mask, smooth cloth mask, gauze mask, line mask. The whole machine is from feeding, line insertion, edge sealing. Cutting the finished products are all automated operations, and the whole process is controlled by PLC.
