Introduction
SR-TD801 single component aspartic is a kind of sealed secondary amino polyurea resins, which meets water or contacts with moisture in the air, it starts to react and cure, and no gas is released during the reaction process, the coating is dense and bubble-free. No expansion during curing, no shrinkage after curing, environmentally friendly and non-toxic.
Characteristics
- Curing and Drying Times: When exposed to moisture at room temperature, curing time is approximately 120 minutes for tack-free and 24 hours for solid drying. Optimal performance is achieved after 7 days of curing.
- Solvent-Free and Non-Shrink Formula: Formulated with 100% solids and no organic solvents to prevent shrinkage over time. Its low viscosity allows partial penetration into tile cracks.
- High Strength Properties: Exhibits high strength with a tensile strength exceeding 10MPa. When fully cured, it reaches a Shore D hardness of 50.
- Minimal Water Absorption: Offers excellent resistance to water absorption, with only 0.1%, thereby preventing blistering.
- Effective Adhesion: Maintains strong adhesion even on smooth glazed tiles.

Storage and transportation
SR-TD801 should be stored at temperature 5-35 ℃ and it should be stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry warehouse, the expiration date is 12 months from the date of packaging.
