Description

311I-A/311I-B two component polyurethane waterproof coating is a reactive polymer waterproof coating composed of components A and B, where component A is a polyurethane prepolymer and component B is a curing agent. During usage, it is necessary to mix components A and B in a fix proportion, stir evenly, apply on the substrate, and react to solidify to form a continuous, flexible, and seamless rubber waterproof layer.

Product Features
Excellent physical and mechanical properties:
311I-A/311I-B is characterized by high tensile strength, high resistance to deformation (shrinkage and cracking) of the substrate, and good elasticity and flexibility.

 
Good bonding performance and high adhesion:
311I-A/311I-B can be bonded to different bases, and can be directly applied on the substrate that meets the requirements, with the bonding strength above 1.0 MPa.
 
Good construction performance:
After the component A and component B are mixed in a fix proportion, construction can be carried out; 311I-A/311I-B can be applied thick, and the thickness can be 2 mm after applying for 2−3 times, with a dense coating film without pinholes or bubbles.
 
Excellent water and corrosion resistance:
The film will be formed through chemical reaction, which is resistant to water erosion, corrosion and mold, especially applicable to waterproofing in long-term immersion areas.
 
Excellent flexibility at low temperature (-35°C):
311I-A/311I-B is applicable to waterproofing works in low temperature environments owing to its crack-free performance after bending.
 
Environmental friendliness:
Solvent with high boiling point is used, and no coal tar or toxic solvents such as benzene, toluene and xylene are added.
