Component A material (POLY) is polyether polyol mixing additives.

Foaming Parameter

Operation introduction

Before using, mix the Component A evenly, add colorant and an appropriate amount of foaming agent, stir evenly again, and add it to the POLY raw material tank for later use.

When using, the raw material temperature is controlled at 20-30 degrees, the mold temperature is 40-45 degrees, A material/B material =100/45-47, when adding 0.5% of H002, the ratio of A material/B material =100/47-49, and so on.

Notes:

The raw materials cannot come into contact with moisture in the air and need to be sealed and stored properly.
