Component A material (POLY) is polyether polyol mixing additives.

Operation Instructions

Before use, thoroughly mix Component A, then add the colorant and an appropriate amount of foaming agent. Stir the mixture evenly and transfer it into the POLY raw material tank for future use.

When using, ensure the raw material temperature is maintained between 20-30°C and the mold temperature between 40-45°C. The recommended ratio of A material to B material is 100:45-47. When adding 0.5% of H002, adjust the ratio to 100:47-49, and continue adjusting as needed.

Notes:

Raw materials should not be exposed to moisture. Store them in a sealed container to ensure proper preservation.
