EX-703 Floor-Specific Polyurea is a 100% solids aromatic polyurea elastomer, formed by the reaction of isocyanate and amino compound components. It requires professional polyurea equipment for spray application. Boasting excellent flexibility and wear resistance, this product addresses the common issues of traditional epoxy and carborundum floors—such as brittleness and poor impact resistance caused by excessively high hardness. Meanwhile, thanks to its 100% solids content and solvent-free properties, it is widely used in food processing plants, pharmaceutical facilities, and other relevant floor applications. Additionally, it can be formulated into high flame-retardant and anti-static polyurea coatings to meet specific customer requirements.
