Description
EX-902 heavy-duty anti-corrosion polyurea material for the petroleum and petrochemical industry is a two-component elastic material composed of a semi prepolymer with A component as the end NCO group, and an R component consisting of end amino polyether, amine chain extender, and additives. EX-902 can be used alone or in combination with other materials as a surface anti-corrosion coating, lining, wear-resistant layer, and medium resistant layer for metals, concrete, or other substrates. EX-902 can form hard coatings of different thicknesses and can be applied to various occasions and handle suitable substrates. EX-902 is insensitive to moisture and humidity, and can be used in harsh environmental conditions.

Storage and Transportation:
This product should be stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry warehouse. It is strictly prohibited to be exposed to rain, sun, isolated from fire sources, and kept away from heat sources. The storage temperature should be between 15-40 ° C.
This product has a storage period of 12 months from the date of production without opening the original packaging. If it exceeds the storage period, it can be inspected according to the items specified in this product standard. If it meets the technical requirements, it can still be used.
This product does not contain organic solvents and can be transported as non hazardous materials during transportation. During transportation, rain and sun exposure should be strictly prohibited, and relevant regulations of the transportation department should be followed.
