Product Overview

EX-930 polyurea antibacterial material is a two-component elastomer composed of a semi prepolymer with terminal NCO group in component A, and terminal amino polyether, amine chain extender, and additives in component B. This versatile material can be used alone or in combination with other materials as an antibacterial coating, lining, wear-resistant layer, and shock-absorbing layer on concrete or other substrates.

Applications

EX-930 polyurea antibacterial material features extremely fast reaction speed with single spray thickness of tens of millimeters and uniform, beautiful coating appearance. Ideal for pharmaceutical factories, hospital disinfection rooms and operating rooms, biological laboratories, purified water tanks, cleanroom ceilings, food processing workshops, high-end kitchen and bathroom facilities, dolphin and sea lion performance halls, water parks, and kindergarten floors.

Substrate Preparation

Metal Substrate: Sandblast to 2.5Sa level and coat with anti-rust primer. Before construction, ensure surface is clean and free of oil stains, dust, and other impurities.

Concrete Substrate: Must be completely dried (new concrete requires 28 days hydration and drying). Surface should be free of loose impurities before spray construction.

Application Method

During construction, use high-temperature and high-pressure impact mixing equipment designated by our company.

Packaging

A: 220kgs/drum, B: 200 kgs/drum or according to customer requirements.

Storage and Transportation

Store in cool, ventilated, dry warehouse. Strictly protect from rain, sun, fire sources, and heat sources. Storage temperature: 15-40°C.

Storage period: 12 months from production date in unopened original packaging. If exceeded, inspect according to product standard specifications; if meeting technical requirements, product may still be used.

This product contains no organic solvents and can be transported as non-hazardous material. During transportation, strictly protect from rain and sun exposure, following relevant transportation department regulations.
