Antistatic Agent EX-80 is a unique antistatic agent designed for use in polyurethane bulk foam formulations for packaging that require good static elimination and surface resistance.
2. Main Features and Advantages
- It can reduce the static electricity content generated in flexible packaging foam to meet the requirements of ASTM D-257-75 and MIL-B81705B-2
- It has a long-term antistatic effect
- Its usage is relatively low compared to other competing products
- It has little or no effect on the catalytic effect of foam, so it can provide better processability
- Low viscosity, easy to handle, draw and weigh
- Provide surface resistance 10^8-10^9 ohm at 2%-4% adding level
