PPG TDI Polyether Polyurethane Prepolymer — Abrasion Resistant Series Shore A60-D60
This TDI-based polyurethane prepolymer system is manufactured by ExceedChem with ISO 9001:2015 certified quality control. Our TDI prepolymers are produced using advanced polymerization technology ensuring consistent batch-to-batch performance and long-term reliability for industrial elastomer applications.

Typical Applications
Suitable for manufacturing PU rollers, rods, caster wheels, sealing rings, sieve plates, pads, sheets, and other polyurethane elastomer products. All products exhibit excellent abrasion resistance, water resistance, and reliable mechanical properties. Color can be adjusted by adding pigment to meet specific customer requirements.
Processing Guidelines
- Preheat the prepolymer to 80-85℃ and maintain for vacuum degassing until all bubbles are removed
- Melt the curing agent (MOCA at 110-120℃ or use liquid E300 DMTDA at room temperature)
- Blend prepolymer with curing agent at the recommended ratio based on NCO content
- Vacuum degas the mixture again for 2-3 minutes
- Cast into preheated molds (100-110℃) and cure at 100℃ for 8-16 hours
- Post-cure at room temperature for 7 days for optimal properties
Packaging & Storage
Available in 20kg/drum or 200kg/drum with nitrogen-sealed packaging. Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. If not used completely in one operation, refill with nitrogen gas before resealing. Shelf life is 6 months in original unopened packaging under recommended storage conditions.
