Application Range

Application Instructions
- Surface Preparation: Ensure substrate surfaces are clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, rust, and other contaminants. For metals, grit blasting or chemical treatment is recommended.
- Mixing: Stir thoroughly before use to ensure uniform dispersion of solids.
- Application: Apply a thin, uniform coat by brush, dip, or spray method.
- Drying: Allow to dry at room temperature until solvent has evaporated. Force drying at 60-80°C may be used to accelerate the process.
- Cover Coat: For optimal performance in demanding applications, follow with a compatible cover coat adhesive (such as 829GB) before rubber vulcanization.
