A-1170 & B-6003 is a high-performance two-component pu system manufactured by Qingdao Exceed Fine Chemicals Co., Limited. This system combines a polyol blend (A-1170) with an isocyanate component (B-6003) to produce rigid PU foam with excellent hydrolysis resistance and high mechanical strength, specifically engineered for marine fender and shock absorption mat applications.

- High Strength: Tear strength up to 44.5 kN/m and tensile strength up to 11.0 MPa for demanding impact applications.
- Fast Demolding: Demold time of only 7-9 minutes at mold temperature 35-45°C, enabling high production throughput.
- Consistent Foam Structure: Cream time 8-10s and end of rise time 60-70s with free rise density of 0.30-0.35 g/cm³.
