1. Application

It can be used to make rods, caster wheels, rollers, Sealing rings, sieve plates and other polyurethane elastomers.

2. Characteristics

The end products have good abrasion resistance, Water resistance, germ proof, excellent mechanical properties, color regulating by adding pigment.

3. Operating Points

After the performed polymer vacuum degassing in 80～85℃, blending with melted MOCA, vacuum degassing, casting, vulcanization moulding. It is apply to manual or casting machine.

4. Storage

Store in a cool and dry place,If you can’t use it up at a time, filling nitrogen gas and then sealing it. The storage time of original packing is 6 month.

5. Packing

20Kg/drum or 200Kg/drum
