1. Description
This is a TDI-80 based Polyester polyurethane prepolymer.

5. Operating Procedure
First, the prepolymer should be preheated in 80-85℃. Second, after vacumming, the prepolymer is to be mixed with melting MOCA evenly. Third, with degassing, casting into mould, and vulcanization,and then demould. Lastly, the finished product should be post vulcanized.

8. Shelf life and storage
Most of prepolymers have a shelf life of 6-12 months when stored unopened in their original containers at temperature less than 30℃.
The isocyanate content of all prepolymers will decrease by reaction with moisture or heat. Partial drums should be blanketed with dry nitrogen.
