WANNATE MDI-100LL

1. Application:

WANNATE MDI-100LL is carbodiimide-uretonimine-modified 4,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI-100). It is a pale yellow liquid at ambient temperatures. WANNATE MDI-100LL is mainly used in the production of high-performance cellular PU elastomer and flexible PU integral skin foam which include shoe soles, airless tyres, automotive bumper, splash apron, shock damper, spoiler, steering wheel, seat head-rest, arm rest, etc.. It is also widely used in the production of adhesives, coating and prepolymers.

210 liter iron drums, 240kg/drum 18 Liter pail, 20kg/pail

4. Storage:

Since WANNATE MDI-100LL is a reactive chemical, reaction with atmospheric moisture happens easily and leads to the formation of insoluble ureas and carbon dioxide gas, which can result in pressure build-up in closed containers and viscosity increase of the product. Containers must therefore be absolutely dry and carefully sealed after congested with nitrogen. Containers of WANNATE MDI-100LL should be kept properly closed and stored indoors at ambient temperatures(20-30℃) in a well-ventilated area. Storage at low temperatures(below 15℃) may lead to some crystallization; this material must, therefore, be protected from frost. If crystallization does occur, the material should be heated to 70℃~80℃,to melt it out,and should then be thoroughly agitated before use.

Under recommended storage conditions, the shelf life of WANNATE MDI-100LL is 6 months
